Meet the Family Behind Stefi’s
Stefi’s started with a real family need. Like many parents navigating picky eating, Andriana and Michael were looking for foods their son Stefi would reliably eat—but after his autism diagnosis, they became even more intentional about meal options to support his growth and help him feel his best. Nuggets were one of the few foods he'd ask for on repeat. They searched for one with the ingredients, nutrition, and taste they were hoping for but came up empty.
So…They made their own. Stefi's nuggets quickly became a family affair with Andriana's father developing the perfect nutritious to delicious ratio that is our current recipe and the rest of the family stepping in to happily taste test along the way.
